LOVE
So many singers sing about it.
So many writers write about it.
Poets long for it, and heroes die for it.
What is this thing that the world needs now?
Love!
As human beings, we all need to love and be loved. God made us to experience love, and God, the source of love, can fill our need for love as no other person or idea can.
From The Book
Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is born of God and knows God. But anyone who does not love does not know God -- for God is love.
God showed how much he loved us by sending his only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him. This is real love. It is not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins. Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other.

If I had the gift of prophesy, and if I knew all the mysteries of the future and knew everything about everything, but didn't love others, what good would I be? And if I had the gift of faith so that I could speak to a mountain and make it move, without love I would be no good to anybody. All of us long to hear a good word - a word of comfort, a word of encouragement, a word of love. We bloom in the environment of positive words, while harsh words cause us to shrivel. Sometimes we say we are tired of words, when in fact we are tired of empty words, of broken words. We long for a life-giving word that will not fail.

The Point of No Return

"Ephraim is joined to idols: let him alone." (Hosea 4:17)
Our God is long-suffering and full of mercy, but there is a line which must not be crossed. It is dangerous to presume that God will always continue to forgive; He can become a "consuming fire" (Hebrews 12:29).
The leaders of Ephraim (a collective term for the ten northern tribes of Israel) had passed this point of no return. They had become completely infatuated with the pantheistic polytheism of the nations, being "joined" to their symbolic models of natural forces and all the immoral practices which accompanied such nature worship. The word for "joined" means "fascinated by." They had been brought so deeply under the occult powers behind these nature-god idols as to be irrevocably committed to them, so that it would be a waste of time and tears to try to reclaim them now.
The Scriptures contain many similar warnings. "My spirit shall not always strive with man" (Genesis 6:3). "Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind" (Matthew 15:14). "There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it" (1 John 5:16). "Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine" (Matthew 7:6). Pharaoh repeatedly "hardened his heart" against God, and finally God Himself hardened Pharaoh's heart (e.g., Exodus 8:15; 10:27). "God gave them up" (Romans 1:24, 26, 28).
These should be sobering words to anyone who is becoming enchanted with evolutionism, or occultism, or any form of pantheistic humanism. As long as such a person has any qualm of conscience, or even any doubts about the pseudo-scientific philosophy to which he is becoming addicted, there is hope that he might yet turn to the true God of creation. To continue in his present course, however, is presumptuous and deadly. The time will come, perhaps sooner than he thinks, when God will say: "Let him alone." HMM

Great is the LORD
Great Is the Lord

"For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised: he also is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the people are idols: but the LORD made the heavens." (1 Chronicles 16:25-26)
This testimony is in the heart of a great hymn of thanksgiving (1 Chronicles 16:7-36) composed by David when the Ark of the Lord was brought back to Jerusalem. It is a testimony of the unique greatness of the God of Israel, with recurring expressions of gratitude for His deliverances and blessings.
This God of Israel was no mere tribal-god or nature-god, such as Dagon, the fish-god of the Philistines from whose hands the Ark had been delivered. All such "gods" of the peoples of the earth--whether wooden images in a shrine, astrological emblems in the heavens, or mental constructs of evolutionary humanistic philosophers--are nothing but idols (that is, literally, "good for nothing," "vanities").
It is Jehovah God who is not only in the heavens, but who made the heavens! It is their Creator who one day will "let the sea roar" and "the fields rejoice," when "the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of the LORD, because he cometh to judge the earth" (vv. 32-33).
As Creator and Savior, all His people are exhorted also to "shew forth from day to day his salvation. Declare his glory among the heathen; his marvellous works among all nations" (vv. 23-24). Because of His power, the world itself "shall be stable |that is, 'permanently established'|, that it be not moved" (v. 30). This "God of our salvation" (v. 35), and the wonderful heavens and earth He created, will be forever. The psalm ends with the exhortation: "O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever. . . . Blessed be the LORD God of Israel for ever and ever" (vv. 34-36).
Now, if Israel needed such an exhortation, our modern science-worshiping world needs it still more urgently. HMM

I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren't there for the day.
I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage.
I would have talked less and listened more.
I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained, or the sofa faded.
I would have eaten the popcorn in the 'good' living room and worried much less about the dirt when someone wanted to light a fire in the fireplace.
I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.
I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband.
I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.
I would have sat on the lawn with my grass stains.
I would have cried and laughed less while watching television and more while watching life.
I would never have bought anything just because it was practical, wouldn't show soil, or was guaranteed to last a lifetime.
Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I'd have cherished every moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.?
When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, 'Later. Now go get washed up for dinner.' There would have been more 'I love you's' More 'I'm sorry's.'
But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute.look at it and really see it .. live it and never give it back. STOP SWEATING THE SMALL STUFF!!!
Don't worry about who doesn't like you, who has more, or who's doing what
Instead, let's cherish the relationships we have with those who do love us.

Conformed to His Image

"And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly." (1 Corinthians 15:49)
One of the most amazing promises of the Word of God is that those who "love God" and are "the called according to his purpose" are those whom "he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son" (Romans 8:28-29).
Adam and Eve were created in His image physically in the beginning. "So God created man in his own image . . . male and female created he them" (Genesis 1:27). Presumably this means they were created in the physical form that God knew He would assume when, in the fullness of time, He would become man Himself, in the person of His Son, Jesus Christ.
That image was marred when Adam (and, in Adam, all men) sinned. Nevertheless, it can be restored spiritually when we receive Christ and "have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him" (Colossians 3:10).
But this is not all. As our text reveals, we who have been made in God's earthly image (both physically and spiritually) will also, in due time, receive His heavenly image. This will take place when Christ returns. At that time, "we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye . . . and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed" (1 Corinthians 15:51-52).
In what way shall we be changed? The Lord Jesus Himself "shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body" (Philippians 3:21). His body, after His resurrection, was still His physical body, but it was no longer subject to pain or death and was able to pass through walls and to speed rapidly from earth to Heaven. That is "the image of the heavenly" to which we shall be conformed some day soon! For "we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is" (1 John 3:2). HMM

Living Stones in the Holy Temple

"And the king commanded, and they brought great stones, costly stones, and hewed stones, to lay the foundation of the house. . . . And the house, when it was in building, was built of stone made ready before it was brought thither: so that there was neither hammer nor axe nor any tool of iron heard in the house, while it was in building." (1 Kings 5:17; 6:7)
The building of Solomon's temple was one of the most remarkable construction operations in history. Much of the temple's legendary beauty was attributed to the great stones--beautiful and costly stones, quarried from beds of white limestone--which were used in its construction.
Probably the most remarkable feature of its building was the fact that each stone was carefully cut and dimensioned while still in the quarry, so that the temple itself could be erected in silence, with each stone fitting perfectly in place as it came to the temple site. The temple, as the structure where God would meet with His people, was considered too sacred to permit the noise of construction during its erection.
In the New Testament, the physical temple is taken as a type of the mighty house of God being erected by the Holy Spirit. "|Ye| are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit" (Ephesians 2:20-22).
Each believer is like one of the beautiful temple stones, so costly that the price was the shed blood of Christ Himself. Taken out of the great pit of sin by the Holy Spirit, each person, one by one, is being placed quietly in the great spiritual temple. "Ye also, as lively |i.e., living| stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ" (1 Peter 2:5). HMM

So Great Salvation

"How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him." (Hebrews 2:3)
One of the greatest words of the Bible is "salvation," and one could expound its glories at length. Our salvation is so costly that its price was nothing less than the shed blood of the Son of God. "Ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, . . . But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot" (1 Peter 1:18-19).
Nevertheless, there are only three verses in the New Testament in which the word is preceded by an adjective. These three descriptive terms are, therefore, very significant. The first of these is the one in our text--"so great" salvation. The adjective here is used only one other time in the New Testament, where it is translated "so mighty" (Revelation 16:18), describing a cataclysm so great that every island and mountain will disappear from the earth!
Not only is our salvation infinitely costly, but unlike everything else in our lives, it is unending: "And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him" (Hebrews 5:9). Salvation is not merely the impartation of a better life in this life; it is everlasting life in the future life, in the presence of its divine "author" (or "cause").
The third adjective is quite different. "Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation" (Jude 3). Our salvation is also common! This same word is applied by Paul to "the common faith" (Titus 1:4). Basically, it means "oridinary." Thus, despite the infinite and eternal values associated with our great salvation, it is also very common and ordinary! Salvation is for anyone, and whosoever will may come! HMM

Your personality has no influence
Your personality has no influence over God's call on your life
Your personality has no influence over God's call. He created each of us with very unique personal traits, but these traits do not pave the road to your future. It's interesting to note that no where in scripture do the gospel writers say, "Peter was extroverted, humorous, and a night owl" or "Paul was introverted, a thinker, and was outdoorsy." In fact, we know very little about the disciples’ personal traits and what we do know was often in direct conflict with their call.
The call to follow Christ will offend all of us equally. If you are introverted, then "Go and make disciples of the nations" will be difficult for you. If you are outgoing, then "love is patient" is going to test your soul. If you are competitive, then "turn the other cheek" will humble you. If you are a planner, then "the righteous will live by faith" will seem impossible. God will call each of us to do what seems unnatural to see if we are living for ourselves or for Him.
You have no excuse not to follow God because of your personality or inner convictions. He created you; He knows what is inside of you. He is using the difficult moments of our lives to remind us that Christ is our compass, not our own hearts. When your personality becomes so flexible and fluid that God can use it in any situation, only then you are becoming more like Jesus.

With all the blame as to who is responsible for the death of Jesus, who really did kill him?

The fact that so many struggle with the question simply means that they don’t understand the answer. Jesus said: No one takes it away from me. I give my own life freely. I have the right to give my life, and I have the right to take it back. This is what my Father commanded me to do." (John 10:18 ICB)
Christ’s death was a necessary ingredient in the redemption of mankind from Adam’s first act of disobedience: Sin came into the world because of what one man did. And with sin came death. And this is why all men must die--because all men sinned (Romans 5:12).
Christ’s death was a plan put into place from before time began (Revelation 13:8). It was God’s solution to sin: Christ had no sin. But God made him become sin. God did this for us so that in Christ we could become right with God (2 Corinthians 5:21).
The horrifying truth is that since we are all guilty of sin, we all killed Christ: All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all (Isaiah 53:6).

"For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit." (1 Peter 3:18)
Humanity must be resurrected. This is not an incidental "religious" issue: "But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen" (1 Corinthians 15:13).
Resurrection is required for the believer to enter into eternity (1 Corinthians 15:50) and the non-believer to know punishment in hell.
There are different kinds of "flesh" and other "living" creatures that do not take part in the resurrection, all of which are specifically separated from the "celestial" creation like stars and angels (1 Corinthians 15:39-40).
The earthy image of flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 15:50). God requires a change from the physical to the spiritual; from the temporal to the eternal. Physical death is an intrusion into the perfect order of the original creation (Genesis 3:19) and a great enemy that will be destroyed (1 Corinthians 15:26).
Resurrection is necessary to correct this awful distortion of the "very good" that God created and is the absolute opposite of physical death. Corruption must become goodness. Dishonor must become glory. Weakness must become power. And the natural must become spiritual.
Jesus Christ made that change possible, proven by His resurrection from the grave (Acts 17:31). The gospel insists on the birth from above (John 3:3) that makes a transfer from death to life (John 5:24)--the new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17) that will ultimately consummate in "all things" being made new (Revelation 21:5).
We await the fulfillment of that promise when we will be freed from the curse of death. HMM III

Physical death is an intrusion into the perfect order of the original creation (Genesis 3:19) and a great enemy that will be destroyed (1 Corinthians 15:26).
Resurrection is necessary to correct this awful distortion of the "very good" that God created and is the absolute opposite of physical death. Corruption must become goodness. Dishonor must become glory. Weakness must become power. And the natural must become spiritual.
Jesus Christ made that change possible, proven by His resurrection from the grave (Acts 17:31). The gospel insists on the birth from above (John 3:3) that makes a transfer from death to life (John 5:24)--the new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17) that will ultimately consummate in "all things" being made new (Revelation 21:5).
We await the fulfillment of that promise when we will be freed from the curse of death. HMM III

Steamed salmon with spices
This is my favorite way to eat salmon always moist and delicious
I take a big salmon fillet like a whole salmon piece and I steam it for like 17 Min's in a steamer with Mrs. Dash(the spice) heavy coated all over top of salmon. It is great you can serve with rice and veggies. Also good with a salad first and put on top of stir fry veggies.

My Cookie Lee Story
I decided to sign up with Cookie Lee because I have always loved jewelry. HOW DO I BOOK HOME PARTIES/SHOWS?
Your number one key to a successful start is to ASK everyone you know to help you as you launch your new business. Concentrate first on your family and immediate circle of friends. Your goal will be to hold 6 home shows in your first 4 to 6 weeks. Work you business according to your weekly home show goals.
Carry your tote bag and wear your jewelry every day. When holding shows, simply ask each person as you write up their order, “Would you like to get your most expensive item at half price tonight by holding your own girls night home show?”
HOW WILL I GET TRAINED?
Your up line team includes consultants who are here to help you. When you are part of my team, training is bountiful! There are conference call training's once a month; unit meetings once a month, management conference call meetings once a month; individual training's to get you off to a good start; an introductory/training show; and our very fun Quick start to Success classes. We pride ourselves on being the best trained unit in Cookie Lee!
HOW DO I CONDUCT A FUNDRAISER?
A fundraiser is a jewelry show where a percentage of the profit is donated instead of free jewelry. The percentage amount that is donated is completely up to you. Establish a percentage that you are comfortable with and stick with it so you are not giving different percentages to every organization. A good rule of thumb is 20%. A fundraiser can be done at home or in a business setting. A hostess may opt to raise money for a particular cause instead of taking the free jewelry.
There are many ways to structure a fundraiser but one thing that will ensure success is participation. Giving individuals who are involved with the cause a minimum amount of orders to turn in is a great way to get sales increased and everyone excited. For instance, if you have each member of a group responsible for 10 outside orders before the event, this will increase the total of the fundraiser and make everyone part of the event.
Also giving a separate cash donation (i.e., $10.00 or $15.00) for each home show booked increases the fund’s money, but also creates more business for the consultant. If the event is going to have a large attendance, you might use a separate table to take orders only. In other words, have a cash-and-carry table and an order table. For very large events, you may want to enlist the help of a family member (or possibly someone from the fundraiser) to help take cash or credit cards for items at the show, while you write up orders for other items not immediately available in your inventory.
ARE THERE ANY MONTHLY QUOTAS TO MEET?
No. A wonderful thing about Cookie Lee is that as a Consultant you can buy one pair of earrings and still receive the same discount of 50%. The company requires that for you to remain an active consultant, you must purchase a minimum of $300.00 wholesale per calendar year and you can do this an item at a time since there are no minimum order requirements. When you have achieved a management level by recruiting others into your organization, there is a minimum monthly purchase required for you to receive your commission check. However, there is no requirement to recruit; you can work this business as you see fit.
HOW DO I PAY MY HOSTESS AT THE END OF THE SHOW?
Your hostess is paid in free jewelry and ½ off jewelry, not cash. Ideally, you want to encourage her to pick out her free jewelry from your table, but if there is something that she wants that you don't have you must order the item(s) from the showroom.
HOW MANY PIECES WILL I GET WHEN I SIGN UP UNDER OPTION 2 – BEST VALUE?
On average, you will get between 50 and 60 pieces depending on the cost of the items that you choose.
WHAT COMES IN MY FIRST KIT?
Essentially, we do not have a “kit”. Your inventory items are picked exclusively by you with your sponsor’s help. Remember a very important thing about your inventory – it is IMMEDIATELY SALEABLE. Therefore, you can recoup your investment very quickly.
Along with your inventory you will receive business supplies, training CDs and DVD's. In addition, all jewelry comes in a clear plastic bag and is tagged for immediate sale.
CAN I RETURN WHAT I DON'T SELL?
No. Eventually all our beautiful jewelry sells. The company will repair or replace any jewelry that has a manufacturer defect for a year from it’s sold out date. And there is a repair department in each showroom or you can simply mail the jewelry to be repaired to the corporate office in Irvine, CA.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I EARN?
The amount of money you earn is entirely up to you. It is based on your effort and willingness to work the business. Your net profit from the sale of the jewelry is 50%.
HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO SELL AT AN AVERAGE SHOW?
My experience has been that the average home show is usually around $400 to $500 in retail sales...your profit would be half that. This amount tends to increase during the busy fall season when people are shopping for holiday gifts.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO SPONSOR SOMEONE?
You will become someone’s sponsor by signing her up to become a Cookie Lee Consultant. Your job as a sponsor will be to mentor and train your new consultant. Once you become a sponsor you will receive commission on your consultants’ wholesale purchases directly from Cookie Lee on the 15th of each month.

My Cookie Lee Story
I decided to sign up with Cookie Lee because I have always loved jewelry. When I started talking to my girl friend, another cookie lee member, and she told me about the opportunity, I couldn't believe the 50% profit. When I looked at the jewelry, I was even more impressed. It was absolutely the kind of jewelry I would wear, and not only that, it was jewelry that I knew my friends and family would wear as well! I had recently lost my job, and was looking for some way to make some extra money (Our company does not have quotas or minimum order requirements.) HOW DO I BOOK HOME PARTIES/SHOWS?
Your number one key to a successful start is to ASK everyone you know to help you as you launch your new business. Concentrate first on your family and immediate circle of friends. Your goal will be to hold 6 home shows in your first 4 to 6 weeks. Work you business according to your weekly home show goals.
Carry your tote bag and wear your jewelry every day. When holding shows, simply ask each person as you write up their order, “Would you like to get your most expensive item at half price tonight by holding your own girls night home show?”
HOW WILL I GET TRAINED?
Your up line team includes consultants who are here to help you. When you are part of my team, training is bountiful! There are conference call training's once a month; unit meetings once a month, management conference call meetings once a month; individual training's to get you off to a good start; an introductory/training show; and our very fun Quick start to Success classes. We pride ourselves on being the best trained unit in Cookie Lee!
HOW DO I CONDUCT A FUNDRAISER?
A fundraiser is a jewelry show where a percentage of the profit is donated instead of free jewelry. The percentage amount that is donated is completely up to you. Establish a percentage that you are comfortable with and stick with it so you are not giving different percentages to every organization. A good rule of thumb is 20%. A fundraiser can be done at home or in a business setting. A hostess may opt to raise money for a particular cause instead of taking the free jewelry.
There are many ways to structure a fundraiser but one thing that will ensure success is participation. Giving individuals who are involved with the cause a minimum amount of orders to turn in is a great way to get sales increased and everyone excited. For instance, if you have each member of a group responsible for 10 outside orders before the event, this will increase the total of the fundraiser and make everyone part of the event.
Also giving a separate cash donation (i.e., $10.00 or $15.00) for each home show booked increases the fund’s money, but also creates more business for the consultant. If the event is going to have a large attendance, you might use a separate table to take orders only. In other words, have a cash-and-carry table and an order table. For very large events, you may want to enlist the help of a family member (or possibly someone from the fundraiser) to help take cash or credit cards for items at the show, while you write up orders for other items not immediately available in your inventory.
ARE THERE ANY MONTHLY QUOTAS TO MEET?
No. A wonderful thing about Cookie Lee is that as a Consultant you can buy one pair of earrings and still receive the same discount of 50%. The company requires that for you to remain an active consultant, you must purchase a minimum of $300.00 wholesale per calendar year and you can do this an item at a time since there are no minimum order requirements. When you have achieved a management level by recruiting others into your organization, there is a minimum monthly purchase required for you to receive your commission check. However, there is no requirement to recruit; you can work this business as you see fit.
HOW DO I PAY MY HOSTESS AT THE END OF THE SHOW?
Your hostess is paid in free jewelry and ½ off jewelry, not cash. Ideally, you want to encourage her to pick out her free jewelry from your table, but if there is something that she wants that you don't have you must order the item(s) from the showroom.
HOW MANY PIECES WILL I GET WHEN I SIGN UP UNDER OPTION 2 – BEST VALUE?
On average, you will get between 50 and 60 pieces depending on the cost of the items that you choose.
WHAT COMES IN MY FIRST KIT?
Essentially, we do not have a “kit”. Your inventory items are picked exclusively by you with your sponsor’s help. Remember a very important thing about your inventory – it is IMMEDIATELY SALEABLE. Therefore, you can recoup your investment very quickly.
Along with your inventory you will receive business supplies, training CDs and DVD's. In addition, all jewelry comes in a clear plastic bag and is tagged for immediate sale.
CAN I RETURN WHAT I DON'T SELL?
No. Eventually all our beautiful jewelry sells. The company will repair or replace any jewelry that has a manufacturer defect for a year from it’s sold out date. And there is a repair department in each showroom or you can simply mail the jewelry to be repaired to the corporate office in Irvine, CA.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I EARN?
The amount of money you earn is entirely up to you. It is based on your effort and willingness to work the business. Your net profit from the sale of the jewelry is 50%.
HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO SELL AT AN AVERAGE SHOW?
My experience has been that the average home show is usually around $400 to $500 in retail sales...your profit would be half that. This amount tends to increase during the busy fall season when people are shopping for holiday gifts.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO SPONSOR SOMEONE?
You will become someone’s sponsor by signing her up to become a Cookie Lee Consultant. Your job as a sponsor will be to mentor and train your new consultant. Once you become a sponsor you will receive commission on your consultants’ wholesale purchases directly from Cookie Lee on the 15th of each month.

"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess." (Matthew 23:25)
Three of the eight "woe's" in Matthew 23 deal with a particular aspect of spiritual cleanliness. This one seems to emphasize personal cleanliness. The next verse amplifies the thought: "Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also" (Matthew 23:26
).
The emphasis is on the internal heart. The biblical principle is very clear. If our hearts are not right, our lives will not be righteous. If what is "inside" is not clean, the "outside" will never be clean. Perhaps a list of the more obvious Bible references will help refocus our commitment.
• "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life" (Proverbs 4:23).
• "Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things" (Matthew 12:34-35).
• "Circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God" (Romans 2:29
).
• "Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart" (2 Corinthians 3:3).
May our "cup and platter" be as clean as God's holiness is able to make it and "let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price" (1 Peter 3:4). HMM III

My Cookie Lee Story
I decided to sign up with Cookie Lee because I have always loved jewelry. When I started talking to my girl friend, another cookie lee member, and she told me about the opportunity, I couldn't believe the 50% profit. When I looked at the jewelry, I was even more impressed. HOW DO I BOOK HOME PARTIES/SHOWS?
Your number one key to a successful start is to ASK everyone you know to help you as you launch your new business. Concentrate first on your family and immediate circle of friends. Your goal will be to hold 6 home shows in your first 4 to 6 weeks. Work you business according to your weekly home show goals.
Carry your tote bag and wear your jewelry every day. When holding shows, simply ask each person as you write up their order, “Would you like to get your most expensive item at half price tonight by holding your own girls night home show?”
HOW WILL I GET TRAINED?
Your up line team includes consultants who are here to help you. When you are part of my team, training is bountiful! There are conference call training's once a month; unit meetings once a month, management conference call meetings once a month; individual training's to get you off to a good start; an introductory/training show; and our very fun Quick start to Success classes. We pride ourselves on being the best trained unit in Cookie Lee!
HOW DO I CONDUCT A FUNDRAISER?
A fundraiser is a jewelry show where a percentage of the profit is donated instead of free jewelry. The percentage amount that is donated is completely up to you. Establish a percentage that you are comfortable with and stick with it so you are not giving different percentages to every organization. A good rule of thumb is 20%. A fundraiser can be done at home or in a business setting. A hostess may opt to raise money for a particular cause instead of taking the free jewelry.
There are many ways to structure a fundraiser but one thing that will ensure success is participation. Giving individuals who are involved with the cause a minimum amount of orders to turn in is a great way to get sales increased and everyone excited. For instance, if you have each member of a group responsible for 10 outside orders before the event, this will increase the total of the fundraiser and make everyone part of the event.
Also giving a separate cash donation (i.e., $10.00 or $15.00) for each home show booked increases the fund’s money, but also creates more business for the consultant. If the event is going to have a large attendance, you might use a separate table to take orders only. In other words, have a cash-and-carry table and an order table. For very large events, you may want to enlist the help of a family member (or possibly someone from the fundraiser) to help take cash or credit cards for items at the show, while you write up orders for other items not immediately available in your inventory.
ARE THERE ANY MONTHLY QUOTAS TO MEET?
No. A wonderful thing about Cookie Lee is that as a Consultant you can buy one pair of earrings and still receive the same discount of 50%. The company requires that for you to remain an active consultant, you must purchase a minimum of $300.00 wholesale per calendar year and you can do this an item at a time since there are no minimum order requirements. When you have achieved a management level by recruiting others into your organization, there is a minimum monthly purchase required for you to receive your commission check. However, there is no requirement to recruit; you can work this business as you see fit.
HOW DO I PAY MY HOSTESS AT THE END OF THE SHOW?
Your hostess is paid in free jewelry and ½ off jewelry, not cash. Ideally, you want to encourage her to pick out her free jewelry from your table, but if there is something that she wants that you don't have you must order the item(s) from the showroom.
HOW MANY PIECES WILL I GET WHEN I SIGN UP UNDER OPTION 2 – BEST VALUE?
On average, you will get between 50 and 60 pieces depending on the cost of the items that you choose.
WHAT COMES IN MY FIRST KIT?
Essentially, we do not have a “kit”. Your inventory items are picked exclusively by you with your sponsor’s help. Remember a very important thing about your inventory – it is IMMEDIATELY SALEABLE. Therefore, you can recoup your investment very quickly.
Along with your inventory you will receive business supplies, training CDs and DVD's. In addition, all jewelry comes in a clear plastic bag and is tagged for immediate sale.
CAN I RETURN WHAT I DON'T SELL?
No. Eventually all our beautiful jewelry sells. The company will repair or replace any jewelry that has a manufacturer defect for a year from it’s sold out date. And there is a repair department in each showroom or you can simply mail the jewelry to be repaired to the corporate office in Irvine, CA.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I EARN?
The amount of money you earn is entirely up to you. It is based on your effort and willingness to work the business. Your net profit from the sale of the jewelry is 50%.
HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO SELL AT AN AVERAGE SHOW?
My experience has been that the average home show is usually around $400 to $500 in retail sales...your profit would be half that. This amount tends to increase during the busy fall season when people are shopping for holiday gifts.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO SPONSOR SOMEONE?
You will become someone’s sponsor by signing her up to become a Cookie Lee Consultant. Your job as a sponsor will be to mentor and train your new consultant. Once you become a sponsor you will receive commission on your consultants’ wholesale purchases directly from Cookie Lee on the 15th of each month.

Most everyone loves to wear nice jewelry, but not everyone can afford the expense. There are several ways to begin selling Cookie Lee Jewelry. Attached, you will find a sheet detailing the two different Start-Up Costs. Once you make your initial minimum order, you will enjoy the immediate benefit of earning a 50% gross profit on all your retail sales.
Because there is no “pre-chosen” package or kit of jewelry, you can choose those jewelry items that you want to sell (or keep for yourself). Your decision should be based on what fits best with your personal goals and your budget. A good rule to follow is if you would like to carry some inventory and start holding home parties/shows, then the Best Value Option 2 would be better than Option 1.
Once you decide which option you want to go with, you simply need to complete the Consultant Agreement. My Cookie Lee Story
I decided to sign up with Cookie Lee because I have always loved jewelry. When I started talking to my girl friend, another cookie lee member, and she told me about the opportunity, I couldn't believe the 50% profit. When I looked at the jewelry, I was even more impressed. It was absolutely the kind of jewelry I would wear, and not only that, it was jewelry that I knew my friends and family would wear as well! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I BOOK HOME PARTIES/SHOWS?
Your number one key to a successful start is to ASK everyone you know to help you as you launch your new business. Concentrate first on your family and immediate circle of friends. Your goal will be to hold 6 home shows in your first 4 to 6 weeks. Work you business according to your weekly home show goals.
Carry your tote bag and wear your jewelry every day. When holding shows, simply ask each person as you write up their order, “Would you like to get your most expensive item at half price tonight by holding your own girls night home show?”
HOW WILL I GET TRAINED?
Your up line team includes consultants who are here to help you. When you are part of my team, training is bountiful! There are conference call training's once a month; unit meetings once a month, management conference call meetings once a month; individual training's to get you off to a good start; an introductory/training show; and our very fun Quick start to Success classes. We pride ourselves on being the best trained unit in Cookie Lee!
HOW DO I CONDUCT A FUNDRAISER?
A fundraiser is a jewelry show where a percentage of the profit is donated instead of free jewelry. The percentage amount that is donated is completely up to you. Establish a percentage that you are comfortable with and stick with it so you are not giving different percentages to every organization. A good rule of thumb is 20%. A fundraiser can be done at home or in a business setting. A hostess may opt to raise money for a particular cause instead of taking the free jewelry.
There are many ways to structure a fundraiser but one thing that will ensure success is participation. Giving individuals who are involved with the cause a minimum amount of orders to turn in is a great way to get sales increased and everyone excited. For instance, if you have each member of a group responsible for 10 outside orders before the event, this will increase the total of the fundraiser and make everyone part of the event.
Also giving a separate cash donation (i.e., $10.00 or $15.00) for each home show booked increases the fund’s money, but also creates more business for the consultant. If the event is going to have a large attendance, you might use a separate table to take orders only. In other words, have a cash-and-carry table and an order table. For very large events, you may want to enlist the help of a family member (or possibly someone from the fundraiser) to help take cash or credit cards for items at the show, while you write up orders for other items not immediately available in your inventory.
ARE THERE ANY MONTHLY QUOTAS TO MEET?
No. A wonderful thing about Cookie Lee is that as a Consultant you can buy one pair of earrings and still receive the same discount of 50%. The company requires that for you to remain an active consultant, you must purchase a minimum of $300.00 wholesale per calendar year and you can do this an item at a time since there are no minimum order requirements. When you have achieved a management level by recruiting others into your organization, there is a minimum monthly purchase required for you to receive your commission check. However, there is no requirement to recruit; you can work this business as you see fit.
HOW DO I PAY MY HOSTESS AT THE END OF THE SHOW?
Your hostess is paid in free jewelry and ½ off jewelry, not cash. Ideally, you want to encourage her to pick out her free jewelry from your table, but if there is something that she wants that you don't have you must order the item(s) from the showroom.
HOW MANY PIECES WILL I GET WHEN I SIGN UP UNDER OPTION 2 – BEST VALUE?
On average, you will get between 50 and 60 pieces depending on the cost of the items that you choose.
WHAT COMES IN MY FIRST KIT?
Essentially, we do not have a “kit”. Your inventory items are picked exclusively by you with your sponsor’s help. Remember a very important thing about your inventory – it is IMMEDIATELY SALEABLE. Therefore, you can recoup your investment very quickly.
Along with your inventory you will receive business supplies, training CDs and DVD's. In addition, all jewelry comes in a clear plastic bag and is tagged for immediate sale.
CAN I RETURN WHAT I DON'T SELL?
No. Eventually all our beautiful jewelry sells. The company will repair or replace any jewelry that has a manufacturer defect for a year from it’s sold out date. And there is a repair department in each showroom or you can simply mail the jewelry to be repaired to the corporate office in Irvine, CA.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I EARN?
The amount of money you earn is entirely up to you. It is based on your effort and willingness to work the business. Your net profit from the sale of the jewelry is 50%.
HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO SELL AT AN AVERAGE SHOW?
My experience has been that the average home show is usually around $400 to $500 in retail sales...your profit would be half that. This amount tends to increase during the busy fall season when people are shopping for holiday gifts.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO SPONSOR SOMEONE?
You will become someone’s sponsor by signing her up to become a Cookie Lee Consultant. Your job as a sponsor will be to mentor and train your new consultant. Once you become a sponsor you will receive commission on your consultants’ wholesale purchases directly from Cookie Lee on the 15th of each month.

4#You must know that you are now the rigteousness of God, and that you have everything you need for Godliness and life,
and that you are complete in him.

God's Plan was to give us the gift of righteous... we are saved by our faith in christ, not by works.
when we placed our faith in christ for eternal life, we become righteous right away
remember christ is life,... eternal life. that's who is eternal life,
so when christ takes up residency in you, you know posses eternal life.
he who has the son has life, Jesus says, I am the way the truth and the life.
he who believes in me will never die.
This Easter let us remember... that Jesus is the resurrection and the life, he is true life
we are merely living out side of him, but when he comes in and take up residency within

Once upon a time, a friendly, ambitious woman went into a beautiful store with a reputation for quality merchandise. She said to the owner, “Sir, I would like to work for you. I'll work hard. I'll do a great job, but I ask the following in return:”
1.For everything I sell, I want to keep 50% as my commission.

First, anyone can sell Cookie Lee jewelry. In fact, you will find that the jewelry practically sells itself…if you can wear it, you can sell it! Most everyone loves to wear nice jewelry, but not everyone can afford the expense. Now you can help your friends, family, business acquaintances and others to enjoy wearing designer-inspired jewelry at affordable prices.
There are several ways to begin selling Cookie Lee Jewelry. Attached, you will find a sheet detailing the two different Start-Up Costs. Once you make your initial minimum order, you will enjoy the immediate benefit of earning a 50% gross profit on all your retail sales.
Because there is no “pre-chosen” package or kit of jewelry, you can choose those jewelry items that you want to sell (or keep for yourself). Your decision should be based on what fits best with your personal goals and your budget. A good rule to follow is if you would like to carry some inventory and start holding home parties/shows, then the Best Value Option 2 would be better than Option 1.
Once you decide which option you want to go with, you simply need to complete the Consultant Agreement. If you are near one of our showroom/distribution centers, you can choose your jewelry from thousands of items and take it home with you that day! You'll get your tote bag full of your training materials, a tour of the facility and meet our fabulous support staff.

My Cookie Lee Story
I decided to sign up with Cookie Lee because I have always loved jewelry. When I started talking to my girl friend, another cookie lee member, and she told me about the opportunity, I couldn't believe the 50% profit. When I looked at the jewelry, I was even more impressed. It was absolutely the kind of jewelry I would wear, and not only that, it was jewelry that I knew my friends and family would wear as well! I had recently lost my job, and was looking for some way to make some extra money (Our company does not have quotas or minimum order requirements.) It took me about a month to get up the money and orders together to join, but I managed to get it all together,it was an amazing experience! All that jewelry, right at my fingertips! I wanted to get it all!
There are two ways to earn money in Cookie Lee: #1 sell jewelry and #2 build a team. There is no requirement to build a team, but if you want to, it is a way to earn money (residual income) each month while not selling jewelry. Last year one of (our up line) “team” commission checks totaled over $65,000. And, I earn money selling jewelry too!

HOW DO I BOOK HOME PARTIES/SHOWS?
Your number one key to a successful start is to ASK everyone you know to help you as you launch your new business. Concentrate first on your family and immediate circle of friends. Your goal will be to hold 6 home shows in your first 4 to 6 weeks. Work you business according to your weekly home show goals.

Carry your tote bag and wear your jewelry every day. When holding shows, simply ask each person as you write up their order, “Would you like to get your most expensive item at half price tonight by holding your own girls night home show?”

Establish a percentage that you are comfortable with and stick with it so you are not giving different percentages to every organization. A good rule of thumb is 20%. A fundraiser can be done at home or in a business setting. A hostess may opt to raise money for a particular cause instead of taking the free jewelry.

Giving individuals who are involved with the cause a minimum amount of orders to turn in is a great way to get sales increased and everyone excited. For instance, if you have each member of a group responsible for 10 outside orders before the event, this will increase the total of the fundraiser and make everyone part of the event.
Also giving a separate cash donation (i.e., $10.00 or $15.00) for each home show booked increases the fund’s money, but also creates more business for the consultant. If the event is going to have a large attendance, you might use a separate table to take orders only. In other words, have a cash-and-carry table and an order table. For very large events, you may want to enlist the help of a family member (or possibly someone from the fundraiser) to help take cash or credit cards for items at the show, while you write up orders for other items not immediately available in your inventory.

WHAT COMES IN MY FIRST KIT?
Essentially, we do not have a “kit”. Your inventory items are picked exclusively by you with your sponsor’s help. Remember a very important thing about your inventory – it is IMMEDIATELY SALEABLE. Therefore, you can recoup your investment very quickly.

CAN I RETURN WHAT I DON'T SELL?
No. Eventually all our beautiful jewelry sells. The company will repair or replace any jewelry that has a manufacturer defect for a year from it’s sold out date. And there is a repair department in each showroom or you can simply mail the jewelry to be repaired to the corporate office in Irvine, CA.
